Connected Services or how to make your life easier

Connected services support you on a daily basis to ensure that you drive safely, plan your appointments easily and sometimes even anticipate your maintenance costs. Stay calm in all circumstances, and take advantage of all the functionalities of connected services, made available to you to allow you to effectively manage the maintenance and upkeep of your vehicle:Information about your vehicle that is always relevant and relevant alerts for its health and its proper functioning.

  • The status of your vehicle is reported in real time. You can therefore retrieve information on the fuel level, tire pressure and vehicle mileage on your Fiat app or directly on the Brand's website. This information is automatically updated when the vehicle was last stopped.
  • To supplement this regular information, a report on the condition of your vehicle is sent by email monthly. This allows you to summarize the latest health status of the vehicle. You will find information on the powertrain, oil, fluids, brakes, the quality of the suspensions and lighting, as well as the safety level of the vehicle.
  • If a fault is detected on the vehicle, you immediately receive a notification on the Fiat app. Additionally, you can also view the information when reading your vehicle's health report.

Navigation: The pleasure of driving on an up-to-date road network

Connected services also ensure you drive without unpleasant surprises, thanks to regular map updates. Two possibilities exist:

  • Either your vehicle is recent and has what we call OTA “Over the air” updates of the mapping and therefore without any need for particular intervention on the part of a user. When the update is made you will only be notified of the action.
  • Either your vehicle is older and does not have this technology. You must then go to the Mopar Map update website to benefit from the updated download (twice a year).And don't forget while enjoying navigation, you also benefit from additional services such as real-time traffic, daily weather updates, fuel prices at service stations, danger zone alerts, search for points of interest and free parking spaces on public roads* as well as the function of sending journeys to your infotainment system via Fiat app.

If you don't have it on your smartphone yet, consider downloading it quickly. It helps you on a daily basis to manage your connected services, receive your alerts, notifications, etc. If necessary, you can also contact the call centers and communicate with your preferred point of sale.
